Jayden
Jayden is the founder of JG Support Services, starting his career in disability support in 2025. He believes in providing reliable, respectful and individualised support that genuinely improves day to day living. When Jayden isn’t running his business, you will find him at the gym, hanging out with family and friends and supporting the Canterbury Bulldogs.
FounderCraig
Before transitioning into support work, Craig spent most of his career as a Personal Trainer and Health Coach. He is originally from Victoria, and outside of work enjoys the gym and spending quality time with family. What draws Craig to this field is the chance to help people tap into their potential and live their best life and being part of that journey is what he loves most about this work.

Maddy has recently graduated from high school and was keen to expand her skills within the NDIS sector. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the gym, pilates and ocean swims. Maddy looks forward to building meaningful relationships with her participants and providing support to ensure they can live independently and with dignity.
Support WorkerRiley
Riley is a former real estate agent who made the switch to support work in early 2026 and is currently studying a Certificate IV in Youth Work. Outside of work Riley enjoys going to the gym and hanging out with his mates. He is looking forward expanding his skills within this domain over the next few years.
Mitch
Mitch is a Teacher’s Aid at a primary school and has joined our team to expand his knowledge and understanding of support work in all domains. When he isn’t working, you will find Mitch at the gym or playing footy on the weekends.
Support Worker
Ben
Ben began working for JG Support Services in 2026 as side hustle from his primary job as a Stevedore and quickly fell in love with support work. He enjoys going to the social events and assisting individuals with effectively accessing the community. When Ben is not working, you will often find him at the gym, hanging out with mates and supporting his beloved St George Illawarra Dragons.

Cass joined our team to assist with the design of the website and content creation. By trade she is a PDHPE teacher and enjoys all aspects of community sport. Cass is looking to explore her options within the business as opportunities arise.
